Meeting Teri was a blessing for my husband and me. We had been working with other agents, but never felt that connection, that they knew exactly what we were looking for or would “go to bat” for us, to get us our house. That is exactly what she did for us – from showing us the type of houses that she knew we’d like and could see ourselves in, instead of just homes that were ‘in our price range’. She also was on the same page as us when putting offers in – she helped us by doing the math and was able to help us go in with the perfect number, which in turn got us our first house.
As of August, we bought our very first home with Teri in Westfield, NJ, and couldn’t be happier! I was expecting our first son through out our entire search process and the timing was perfect –and we had our son and closed on our home on the same day.
I can’t say enough great things about Teri – but if you’re looking to purchase a home, you can put your trust in Teri that she has your best interests at heart and will help you do just that!

My husband and I bought our first home with Teri’s Help. Being first time home buyers we had a lot of questions and some insecurities about the process. Teri was wonderful throughout the process. She was exactly the sort of agent we needed – never trying to interest us in anything other than what we told her we wanted, and instantly available to help us when a property that fit our needs came on the market.

Teri sold our house in Scotch Plains last year when the market was not “stellar.“ The advertising was excellent, she did more open houses than I have ever seen a realtor do, and she treated us like we were her only client (though she really was crazy busy!) We could not have asked for a better experience and ended up making a great friend in the process. At the end of the day , Teri got our house sold for one of the best prices in our area in the time that we needed – what more can you ask for?

She was knowledgeable about the area and not the aggressive scary type of agent so I asked her about helping me find a home. My wife liked her and voila we had a new house. She helped through the entire process and even helped me find a renter several years later — that was impressive because it made her no money. Just something she was willing to do to help a client.
